Requirements & Responsibilities
2-4 year degree
1-2 years customer service or related experience
Work as part of a team and/or independently to reach client objectives
Learn & understand sales theories & marketing techniques
Conduct short presentation to customers
Strategic lead management
Understand HR procedures
Take on new responsibilities as needed
Paid training is provided for this position. Account Managers are initially responsible for handling the sales & marketing aspects of the campaign including customer account acquisition, customer retention, presentation of services and other aspects of marketing the client portfolio. The goal for this position is to become proficient in these skills and continue to build into a more advanced role within the company long term.
The growing demand for qualified entry level candidates by our clients has put a focus on hiring for us. Our recent expansion has opened opportunities at many levels withing The New England Team. Although our preference is to fill those roles internally, we are currently looking to hire new team members into entry level roles.
