Training & Development

A career at The New England Team is centered around ongoing professional development. Each person begins in an entry level role and has the opportunity to participate in various leadership development and management trainings. Within the company, we have a strong focus on team building and team leaders work to tailor training to the specific needs of each person. In this way The New England Team is able to create a customized training path that will focus on using each person’s strengths and improving on skills that need it. Goal setting, for both personal and professional goals, is always a topic of conversation.

As our client list continually expands, so does the demand for our services and the need for leadership. Through years of trial and error The New England Team has created the leadership development program that is now in place. Several types of training provide all employees with a dynamic education in sales and marketing that facilitates both personal and professional growth.

In Office Training

The New England Team provides morning training sessions daily. These meetings are not only used to teach specific skills, but they also foster a team atmosphere and help everyone start the day off on the right foot. We have classroom sessions for all levels of management to make sure that our entire staff continues to develop and understands campaign goals.

Practical Training

Every associate and manager at The New England Team began in an entry level position and has grown through the ranks. They hold a wealth of knowledge about the challenges that new team members face, and they understand the value of mentoring and its impact on personal growth. At The New England Team, managers do not operate behind closed doors. Instead, they are right there coaching employees and are available to provide on-the-spot training and advice when challenges arise.

Leadership Development Program

The New England Team is dedicated to doing all of our promotions from within. We provide employees with self-assessment tools and career timelines to chart their progress. Employees should never feel the pain of career stagnation. Our people know where they stand and know what needs to be accomplished to move ahead. Training is tailored to the needs and goals of each person that enters the program.

Advancement Opportunity

We put all these training programs in place to help employees reach their professional goals and to build the future of our company. The business we’re running is truly based on merit. Simply put, when an employee performs well and meets the outlined objectives, he or she will advance. Promotions are not based on seniority because we do not think that is fair for the hard working professionals that may be overlooked in this type of system, and it is more beneficial for the company to move forward with the most skill individuals.
